Exchange & Refund Policy
- To request a return please Contact Us and request a ‘Returns Form’.
Homebodii understands that in some situations a refund may be preferred. Please contact our stylist team to organise a refund where relevant.
- We allow 20 days for items to be returned back to our warehouse.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- We cannot refund or exchange bodysuits, and panties due to hygiene reason.
- Exchange items, pre-orders, sale items and custom orders do not qualify for refunds.
- If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping.
Homebodii understands that different styles suit different body types. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our stylist team will happily help to find a size and/or style to suit you.

All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.
Sale items discounted by 50% or more are final sale only and do not qualify for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
