STORE CREDIT POLICY
Homebodii understands that different styles suit different body types. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our style concierge will happily assist with a store credit so you can select a more suitable style or size.
Should you wish to exchange to a more suitable style or size you will be issued with a store credit to the value of the returned product. Please note store credit’s are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional/discount codes.
Sale items, bodysuits & panties, personalised items and miscellaneous items are final sale & do not qualify for store credits.
Full priced items purchased during promotional periods qualify for store credits

RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached. We require for the garment to be returned in it’s original homebodii packaging.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable
- Australian & international customers have 14 business days to return items for a refund or store credit
- Please ensure shoes are tried on in a clean environment as we do not accept returns on shoes that have marks, scuffs or dirty soles.
- If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping.
- Store credits last for 12 months

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! All Australian orders over $100 shipped domestically qualify for free shipping. International orders over $200 also qualify for free international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Our standard flat rate Australia wide is only $10, standard shipping on international orders world wide is just $20.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In Australia, standard shipping is between 1 to 4 business days depending on your location. Orders going to WA, TAS, NT and some rural areas can take from 5 to 10 business days. COVID restrictions in some areas are causing short delays, thank you for your patience at this time. Internationally, standard shipping is between 3 to 7 business days. For a more specific timeframe to your selected address please contact us at customer support. Please note that during busy sale periods there may be an additional 1 to 3 days processing time on orders with personalisation.
I need my order urgently, do you have an express service?
Absolutely! For a flat rate of $25 we can ship any order both domestically and internationally. Within Australia we use DHL Express and Australia Post Express. Our international couriers are UPS and DHL Express. At the time of shipping we utilise whichever service provides the shortest estimated time of arrival. For same day dispatch please place your order prior to 11am AEST (personalised) or 12pm AEST (without personalisation).
I entered the wrong address, can you help me?
If your order has not yet been shipped please contact us immediately at customer support to arrange for the address to be updated. Once your order has been collected by the courier we are unable to redirect or change it. We are not responsible for any delays involved in it being returned to us nor any loss or damage incurred. There may be a redelivery fee applied. Please take care when entering your address details, we want you to receive your items quickly and looking as good as when we sent them!
How do I know when my order will arrive?
When your order is ready to be shipped you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder and the email address you provided if you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing an order.
I've received notification from the courier company that I have to pay a customs fee?
International orders may incur customs and duties fees. Please check with your country's customs office for an estimate. We do not accept responsibility for any delays at customs or extra charges/duties applied by the receiving country.
Can I send a gift box or hamper internationally?
We would love to be able to! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it would arrive unopened by customs, therefore it is not available for non-domestic orders.
